He has led more than $35 billion of transactions across private credit, leveraged finance, and principal investing.
Prior to Peregrine, Mr. Eldridge was a Partner and Chief Originations Officer at White Oak Healthcare Finance. The platform scaled from inception to more than $3.5 billion in assets under management. He served as a voting member of the Investment Committee and originated, structured, or executed the platform's full book.
